I was impressed with this hotel from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, offering a balcony overlooking the huge courtyard and pool. The service was amazing, though a bit slow during check-in. The location was perfect for my needs, safe to walk around and spacious, with Edgar, the F&B Manager, being extremely helpful. The dining experience was very good, with high-quality and varied options to enjoy. Overall, a great value for money stay with some minor service delays.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the ambiance was just perfect. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the huge courtyard and pool. The staff was incredibly helpful for any queries I had, and they even went out of their way to prepare eggs exactly how I wanted them. The location was ideal for my needs, with good restaurants and shopping close by. While the dining experience was top-notch with very good quality and variety, I found it better to have breakfast outside the hotel. The facilities were excellent, especially the comfortable bar with a great atmosphere.
Returning to the Hilton San Luis Potosi hotel, I found the rooms impeccable, but unfortunately, they only had single bed options available during my stay. The service wasn't at its best during check-in, being slow. The location was perfect for my needs, and the dining experience was nice to chill. While the facilities were decent, the service could use some improvement.
